Started off trying to replicate a Leaf deal like the one two posts up.
Ending up settling for a larger payment than I wanted l, since lasts months incentives were only good until 4-4, and unknown RV/MF’s were also around the corner.

$1622 drive off, $122 a month. “High” effective payment, but a heck of a lot better than this months numbers

Somehow got lucky last week of March by accidentally picking up these two rides within days of each other.

First was Leaf S which I posted details here

Two days later decided to text the same salesperson to ask about SL Plus they had on the lot. He replied with $360pm to which I replied “it’s too much, thanks”. His reply was “what number were you thinking?” and I said “$200ish”. Got from him “$259 and it’s yours”. Picked it up the next day.

Details of both deals below side by side

         Leaf S  Leas SL Plus

  • Base MSRP  $27,400  $37,400
  • Options ()  $490    $1k
  • Destination      $1k both
  • Total (sticker)  $28,895   $39,400
  • Term (both)   18 months and 12k miles
  • Rebate Nissan   $2,100 for each
  • CT EV Rebate   $2,250 for each
(car registered for myself and wife separately to qualify for CT EV rebate for each car)
  • Base MF       both
  • Residual   $25,716    $32,690
  • Pmt (w tax)   $125    $259
  • DAS     $365    $499

Finally can attached long stored badge :grinning: Didn’t feel like QX60 was worth

The moment you realize your garage is full all from LH (Gupton, Lease Companion, etc). Wife says one has to go for a Mach e. I say add a fourth spot.

Leases? Post basic numbers plz

All three were leases. Jeep was $11,008 one pay for 60k MSRP (affiliate, acquisition waver, roughly 10 percent off and 7500 tax credit pass through). Mercedes GLB 4MATIC - 491/month including tax - first due at signing 36/12. Acura MDX SH-AWD was 441 including tax, zero at signing. Was 22% off of sticker when including lease cash and other incentives. Mercedes was 18 months ago, Acura was my first one 39 months ago so not comparable in this market. Bought the Acura because it had about 8k in equity at the end of the lease and oil change is 50$ compared to the 800$ service B on the Mercedes.

Damn it… wife won as usual. GLB went. We received 1k to return at 18 months. Had road rash on the hood, cracked windshield (2k at dealer), service B ($800) and needed tires all of which I was too lazy to deal with. First Mach E at sticker.
