Thanks for reaching out, @gullibunni. I have just started to work with one member from leasehackr to start the transfer process. Hopefully, the transfer will go through (knock the wood). If not, will reach out to you.

For those who have to do transfer with MB, please make the payment in advance (rather than the due date). I had automatic pay setup, and the MB waits for the automatic pay to be processed before they move on the transfer (which caused couple of days delayed).
