Transfer: 2023 BMW m550xi - NY - $1160/mo with $5000 cash incentive

Hey Everyone,

For personal reasons I have to exit this newly acquired m550 lease. As we all know, it’s a beautiful car and is pretty quick :).

For the well informed lease hacker community - I will waive my $2000 down payment, making this deal essentially as good or better than any current broker order. I received $2000 off msrp plus 1500 loyalty and base money factor. Accounting for the 2000 waived down payment this is effectively 4.5% discount to msrp + loyalty!!

Let me know if you have any questions!

Nice car. Don’t you have to wait 6 months before transferring?

I believe the only restriction is in the final 6 months.

Is this car still available?

Yes it is!

Open to offers if anyone is interested.

How is the effective miles per month only 625?

It’s a 7,500-mile-per-year lease. You can always buy more miles.

Added a $5000 incentive to this deal

This is a close calc on the equivalent new car deal. I’m sure on of the brokers would make something closer. But 4.25% off MSRP with zero DAS. It includes $1500 lease support and $1500 loyalty. (I think those are both available).

Corrected to OP’s tax rate and accounted for NY’s formula when the tax is rolled in, doc fee, and registration.

Thank you!

If you can get the effective down to around $950 I’ll bite

So you’re seriously asking me to give you another $10000 incentive? Thanks, but I’d rather just trade it in than subsidize a deal like that.

Never hurts to ask :man_shrugging:
