Toyota RAV4 white xse and grey se prime $6500 lease credit

Have a 53k msrp rav prime xse white:black with premium package available at msrp

Se is grey/black $47k msrp

6500 off lease credit.

Lease will be in the 800s but mmr on these is above msrp last I checked.

Residual is low 50s. Most have been buying these out right after leasing to get the $6500 credit

1k broker fee. 150 dealer fees

That’s not really $6500 off though

So find one yourself and don’t pay a broker to do the work for you…

Might be registration as well. I’d have to clarify, I don’t sell much in cali just going by what I was told for “fees”. $150 isn’t something i needed to question considering every other state I work with is much more.

i am not picking on your broker fee, Jim. i could care less if you charge $1000 or $5000. But your title was Toyota rav4 xse prime $6500 off. you fixed the post/title and it shows its a lease credit instead of “$6500 off”

If there was no lease credit wouldn’t it be $6500 more? Semantics. I said it’s a lease credit. It’s still $6500 off regardless, just have to lease it to get it. Thanks for your input

Document fees are capped at $85 in California. Registration fees on a 53k car would be about $650 in California.

Is there a full moon?

I’m sure I can work out the $65 difference if you’re interested in buying

$150 in dealer fees is normal and not at all excessive as California has other fees besides just doc fee

Dealer confirmed it is $85 doc fee + tax tags/license

Honest mistake mixed his fees up with my Texas dealer

If mmr>msrp, is it flippable to a dealer? Immediate Buyout with CA taxes (instead of lease-with-intent-to-flip) would be an extra $4500 making it barely break even at MSRP. Are these the next 4xe craze?

Last I looked a 50k xse had mmr of 52k. So def flippable unless they went down since the last auction.
