Any help is greatly appreciated as I am completely stumped, frustrated, etc. with the leasing process. Even though it’s rather simple math – or supposed to be – it seems to defy logic. You guys seem to be experts. I can go back to the dealer for more info but this is what they’re offering. The MF (yes, I’ve read other posts!) is: .00225. Thanks for any insight.

Looks about right to me on an Advance with a $1000 non residualized dealer add on it.
There’s probably room for a bigger dealer discount there. Pre-incentive, you’re only at a $4000 dealer discount. 10% isn’t an unreasonable number on these on deals without the BS add ons.
This probably falls into the category of a good deal but not a great deal.
Well first thing I would have done is got them to remove that “Pro-Pack” and save that $1000 cause what was it window film and crap?

Well I mean, the deals already done. Its not the worst Ive seen on an MDX. Just enjoy the Acura and after your lease keep this forum in mind and the calculator to determine the rating of your deal.

Type it into the calculator on this site, or create your own simple lease calculation…that’s how you learn.
Advance has the worst RV of any MDX trim and incentives are the same as Tech/A-Spec trims. Base has higher RV but slightly less incentives. So if you want a “great deal” I’d look at a different trim. And get rid of the $1000 BS.

O get the MF and see if its at that 0.00225 and tell them youre not paying for the ProPack. Its just a scam to get more $$. And its up to you cause typically Acuras don’t lease well. But that’s a solid discount for a new MDX.
I mean its a near 60K vehicle and I believe tax is included in the payment so see what the MF is a get them to remove that bogus ProPack and hold your ground you don’t want to pay for things you don’t care about it.

The MF also goes down to .00215 if you place a security deposit or are a returning customer.
There’s an $8500 AFS to dealer rebate, so the discount is only $4k.
Not much meat on the bone with Acura but it’s not stellar.
7% discount on the previous year model on a vehicle with a refresh coming soon with others getting 10-12%… there’s room for improvement.

Yeah I meant relative to an Acura. Wasn’t meaning to say incredible, just solid. Not the best but solid.
Agreed relative to Acura in general. Not so much with what the MDXs are doing lately though. It certainly could be way worse though. Ha!

This does not look like a good deal, need to know what of the $640 payment is tax, also is first payment of $640 included in your $2239 down ?
Tint on two windows doesn’t cost jack, have you talked to other dealers that don’t add complete 
to their cars?
