Titan Lease Offer Provided - Thoughts?

Thought’s on the following deal quoted. I think there’s room for improvement here. Looking for an expert’s opinion

Are you set on the Titan? The residual seems low for a full-size truck.

Terrible deals. Titan’s are the worst full size truck and their discounts show it. I’ve seen $12k+ discounts on Titan’s including rebates.

MF seems really high for the truck as well. I don’t know any brand that puts tenths of percents in residuals, so that seems weird to me. Honestly, if you want to lease a truck, get a RAM.

OP is calculating the RV wrong by using sales price instead of MSRP. When using the MSRP, it still comes out to a non-whole number though, so maybe that RV dollar amount is wrong.

I thought about it more last night and based on comments/scrutinizing the deal more, I agree it’s garbage. I’ll look into a RAM or an SUV possibly. Thanks everyone.
