I can imagine taxes from $20k+ in NY plus dealer plus bank fee plus registration plus your fee.
It is easly $150/m for 24 months.

Does PA registration have the same rebates/monthly? They do NOT pay sales tax from rebates.

24/5 is possible. NY taxes on rebates so it ends up being around 190~ with first das for NY on 10k/24m
PA does not. Just quoted a PA client with blacktop -
10k/24M - 133
7.5k/24M - 105
I would assume it’d be 77$/M first das in PA on 5k/24M with blacktop and ~60$ without blacktop
