Shout out to his dealership as well. They worked with a vendor to get an after-market add-on; they facilitated getting the car to/from the vendor and insisted I pay the vendor directly rather than going through them.

Reached out to him shortly after I saw he had a Taycan Turbo S deal and within a hour of texting him (on a holiday weekend too) I was already sending him his dealer fee deposit and submitting an app on the dealers website for the car. A few days later and the only delay was the dealer was closed for the holiday, I was signing for the car. I messaged Tim about finding me a Lightning and less than 48hr later I had my dream truck with preferred trim and options in my driveway. Price is ridiculously low compared to anything I could find elsewhere.
I am totally new to leasing and lease hacking. Best part was he was willing to walk me through it all and had a great deal of patience with me as a total beginner.

So I got one of the Lightning Flash through Tim and he was very easy to work with. I had a ton of questions and he was very patient but I also caught up quick. I initially inquired about the mid-month XLT blowouts from last month but those were sold out. May be it was mid-month and he had a little bit of time, he was awesome to deal with. He posted the Flash deals the following week and I was ready to go. I messed up on the calculator couple of times as we were changing the deal slightly but he was super easy. It also probably helped that I was a motivated buyer and was ready to close the deal ASAP and had all my questions addressed the previous week.
