Hi All,
Just want to provide an update on the JAN program for lightnings. I don’t currently have any lightnings yet in the North East region but I have promised many to provide an update on Jan pricing.
Changes:
Residual Values dropped 5% across the board
Lease cash bumped up to be universal across all trims with XLT to 11250 (Without charger) and Flash and above to 7750 (Without charger)
Money Factor Dropped to .05%
Tesla conquest dropped from 1500 → 1000
No more 500$ EV Referral coupon
Overall what does this mean?
This is an significant overall nerf with lease pricing going up across the board. Even with the lower MF and slightly higher lease cash; the lightnings are more expensive to lease across the board. XLTs are still the best trim even with pmt going up 40$/M on the lowest program. We just have to reset expectations of a sub 300$ lease on the lightnings. Another way to look at it is that you have a lower total cost of ownership if you decide to buy it out; lower buyout (RV), lower money factor (cost of capital), and higher lease cash on all trims. But 90% of you folks will be jumping lease to lease so probably a nerf here.
Those who want to check the cost different, adjust MF to 0.00002083 and drop RV by 5%. Change Rebate for XLT to 11250 and 7750 for flash and above.
Still going through the other changes but there have been bumps to other programs which I will be pushing for later this week. Stay tuned!

Lightning Inventory Update!

I have 8 Lightnings inbound, 1 flash and 7 XLTs. Based on the summary above, the XLT is still the strongest program out of all the trims as a payment vs MSRP comparison. Given this, we will continue to focus on pushing XLT deals through.

Flash is a white one, will find out more information tomorrow. Flash, Lariat and Platinum are all ER now. XLT is SR.
Northeast region got an improvement to Jeep conquest, 3k if you own or lease a jeep towards a bronco. Big bend 4 door has a strong program 350/m + tax with conquest
