This guy is not easy to work with. He does not keep his clients best interests in mind. Would recommend looking elsewhere for f150 lightning.

Each increase in miles lowers the residual value by 1 percent. So going from 7,500 to 12,000 miles is two step changes or 2%. You can change that in the above linked calculator yourself and see how it increases the monthly payment. Or pay for LH premium and see that in calculator yourself.

Pros are not built anymore other than for commerial fleet. Charge up only applies for dealers who are NJ based and would not apply on any of these deals.
