Demo units are included in inventory units and are in the same section. They just don’t qualify for tax credit. You aren’t telling me anything new. This is my third Tesla order it’s just my first lease.

BTW my 2022 Tesla Y got a $2K bump from Carvana Feb was $32,000 and today $34,000 (on a 2022 June purchase of $76K OTD)

I had loose wheel arch trim sticking out, and the manual release for the rear center seat hanging by its wiring.

I’m in CA…so maybe the inventory cars are not all visible in different regions?
Anyway, it’s not a demo car but an inventory car…0 miles, so it’s still considered new. The one I found had a $6,xxx discount on it. ($37k) You can still lease it and get all the rebates. If you’re able to find a car in inventory with a discount, it should be cheaper than custom order.

The company reported it built 433,000 vehicles but delivered only 387,000. That’s not only down from 484,507 cars it delivered in the final three months of 2023 but also down from the sales of 422,875 vehicles in the first quarter of last year.
387K Q1 units delivered is well below the estimate, but about the same number of units that BMWNA sold in all of 2023. It’s still better than the numbers BYD posted for 1Q. None the less, Tesla stock is now garbage, so much for a CT bump.
