What exactly is the CA emissions? I would be moving to SoCal soon so wondering what this is.
Also, is it possible to get California point of purchase alternative fuel rebate (CCFR)?

Every 2 years you smog your car to keep the air board happy
If you buy from a dealer you get 5 year break and than every 2
If it has the check engine light at the time of smog you fail automatically
