Did you have to go through full underwriting and provide pay stubs, tax returns, etc? I’m debating whether or not this is worth the effort.
I did, but it was pretty easy. I didn’t have the exact things they needed (1099 income so didn’t have pay stubs, gave them last year’s W2 and bank statements instead) and it was fine.
No just simple credit check and approved within minutes
