That MMR report is skewed. Price jumps on both the SR and P models were higher than the LR.
LR is definitely the best value atm.

Here are the latest comps for 2022 M3LR at 0 miles (at delivery)
For the 2020, I went between the base (30K mi) and adjusted (24k mi) values.
Tell that to Tesla used website lol. They’re legit posting 2018 P3D between 53-60K which is what I’m going by if ours gets totaled (plus tax)

Build date of 9/18/19 being sold with 23 miles in 2022.
It went in about 20 minutes for $125K minus a $13K discount.
First model X drop on discord.
They found a spare chassis at the factory and decided to build it out

Another MX Demo from 2019 dropped last night in NJ.
I think they are replacing these units with newer ones indicating some positive MX movements.
