Take over 2017 M3 6MT with M Performance

I’m moving out of the area, and will have to start commuting so looking to swap out my 2017 M3 which is a 6MT. 1 year remaining (Jan 2020) and just completed maintenance, and there is the UltimateCare+ which was paid to transfer. Brakes covered in there, tires have probably another 6-8k miles on them. I took this lease over, had the car for a year myself. Was just in for service, and had some minor things that the dealership repaired (turbo intake hose connector broke). Was given a clean bill of health, can provide the service records.

Currently 14597 miles, 10k/year lease at $850/mo before tax ($924 in Vegas). I can arrange shipping if you pay, or swing into Las Vegas.

Missing a lot of important info, such as how many months left, original MSRP, if any security deposit, interior color, any current damage, condition of consumables (tires, brakes, etc), and anything else YOU’D want to know if you were taking over a lease.

Those are two different things. If it ends in January you can’t swap it in the last 6 months.
