Correct which is why I am saying put MAX MSD or one pay to lower MF to very very low. From my understanding, MF is 0.00083 on Tacoma. 7 MSD gets this way low… Thoughts?
Pretty sure buyrate MF is .0023, not .00083. Huge difference. After max MSDs, MF would still be .00158.

So to reach your numbers, you increase the MSRP but keep the sales price the same (which helps your numbers with the higher RV)? Then you put the wrong doc fee which is a difference of $400. Next, you don’t include the $1295 CCR and tax on the $750 grad rebate.
This is a closer representation of the ad, which is effectively a $290/month lease, almost double what you claim. All your alleged deals and ads with missing fine prints are a waste of time and just causes more false hope for newbies on here.
