Speechless. I watched a good review for the K900. It was from Doug Demuro. He loved it. But at the same time, it’s no S Class or 7 series. To ask for an app before a test drive is ridiculous. I would said “keep it, it’ll be there next year”.
I love your idea of showing account balance and credit shores in the app. I’ll borrow it if faced with a similar situation next time lol.
I lodged a complaint with KIA corporate though I doubt it will have any effect. The brand is rotten to the core.
My last two cars have been Kia’s. A Optima SXL and a Cadenza. Been happy with both. Those might be the last ones I get. Dealing with these dealerships have sorta ruined it for me. I don’t have a thing against getting a 3 or 4 series loaner. Why not, get one of those and save $100 a month. Unbelievable.
