Allocations + PTS: Looking for a 911 or 718? We secure hard-to-find build slots. We provide full transparency on any Dealer Market Adjustments (ADM) and our exact fees before you ever commit.
We operate on a strict, success-based model. We don’t charge upfront consultation fees just to talk to you.

Our Fee:
- $999 - $1499 for standard in-stock leases.
- $2500-$5000 for custom allocations.
- $1000 and you let just negotiate a deal for you. Anyone can do this with practice and you don’t need to pay us for this, we just take the stress off of you.

When You Pay: Our broker fee is due only after our partner dealership has approved your credit application. Allocation fees are due before build submission.
We believe in treating clients like partners, but I also value the heavy lifting it takes to structure these deals.

100% Refundable: If the terms of the deal change through no fault of your own (e.g., the dealer pulls the unit or an unexpected program change occurs) you will receive a full refund.

Non-Refundable: Once your credit is approved, our fee is considered fully earned.
