Shipping: Deals are primarily out of our Florida/East Coast partner network. Buyers are responsible for all transport/shipping expenses. We can assist with arranging logistics.

Broker Fees:
- $1-1.5K for posted leases. 2-10K for specialty custom builds (allocations).
- If you want us to negotiate a good deal for you, we take that burden off of you and charge a flat $1K. Anyone can do this! We just take that stress off of you.
