If you have a tire inflator, I would try to inflate the tire, and see if it holds air. If it only has a slow leak, I would then drive the car to Discount Tire, assuming it is not to far away.

I tried my sh!tty compressor, and was able to borrow a “real one” from a neighbor and tried that also.
The tire won’t hold any air at all.
I just ordered a new tire from Tire Rack, and it’ll be here tomorrow. Then I’ll have a mobile service do the installation when the tire arrives.
Looks like I’m stuck at home for a couple of days. 
Plenty of time to get that Panamera you’ve had your eye on.
