Drive offs a bit high but that is one loaded 530e (let’s not forget the gov incentives and stickers).

I don’t think there are any gov incentives for the 530e in NJ… but I could be wrong. Either way, not a bad deal for a loaded 5.

The DAS ($3,600 in addition to 1st) is another $150 a month since it’s a 24m lease. Probably some CCR in there.

Hopefully people realize it’s $550/m rather than “$399”

Is tax included in the 3995?

Also, isn’t the lease credit 3k instead of 2k per the current offers section of BMW USA (using a NJ zip)

Yes he says that it’s all rolled in. See first post

It’s effective mid 500s for a $74k car

Yes, it is a real $550/m but for a 74k MSRP BMW still very aggressive. Just following the typical taxes and fees out of pocket here + MSD to get an attractive monthly payment. $4k DAS and sub $400 payment is a blowout deal for someone looking for a new body 5 series loaded to the brim with options.

If someone wants to run it true 0 down I would be glad to entertain that as well, has no difference to me.

You should probably put the MSRP in your title. Otherwise most will assume this could just be another $55k 530e base lease.

Possibly because you’d have a luxury tax adjustment on this car in NJ.

Are active duty military exempt from the requirement to be a NJ resident?

Depending on where you are, I’d be willing to write this deal as long as you sign in person
