Welcome to LH. Typically, there is no “catch” on LH. I guess for this deal, the catch is that the broker fee on the I5 is $100 more than the other vehicles. For one-pay, if your local tax rate is 8.75%, you will pay exactly what is listed. If your local tax rate is more or less, it will be slightly more or less. For monthly, you will pay $2000 at the dealership, and for monthly, add tax - so if you’re local tax rate is 8%, your monthly is $416 for 24/12.
Then you pay the broker fee of $695 to Jeff directly via Zelle ← this is for the professional negotiation that the broker already did to negotiate the deal on your behalf.
Depends on what bank is doing the lease, same goes for immediate buyout after you first lease.
If you are serious, ask @Jeff_BeachCitiesAuto directly but only if you are ready to move because his deals go quick and you might end up with a color he picks for you.
These are probably the cheapest leases you’ll find on Ioniqs in SoCal.
@BigNerd Haha. I don’t think Jeff’s picking the color for the 2024s.
@NewPants If you have any doubt that you will go over, pay the extra $26/mo for 10k year, even if it’s just for the peace of mind. There is nothing worse than living with anxiety. In California, you can buy the car any time you want without penalty.
