I assume that one has to renew the registration for the 13th month (paying for 1 more year), just before returning the lease. Is there a way to get this deal for 12 months instead?

what they said. I’ve done this several times in the past personally. If you return the lease before the next registration due date, you don’t have to pay that registration cost. In fact I’d recommend turning it in slightly earlier than the reg due date. I’ve never leased a Hyundai, but one thing to look out for (like with Nissan) is if there is a requirement for a third party inspection before you return it. Inspections like those can take weeks ahead of time to schedule. And you can still use up all the miles you’re allotted which looks like 10,769 or so.

Changes with the trim but is in the range .00179 - .00190 (4.3%-4.56%). This is before one pay.
