NEW SUV’S ARRIVING!!
Hey Dave, thanks for getting back. What would pricing look like on an X4 M40i, MSRP around $68,500 on a lease 36mth/12k a year?
Email is best for quotes
As of today, I can only add CA buyers to my M3 waiting list. The demand is just too high and we have enough buyers right here in our local market that are ready to sign.
To be clear, I do not have any allocation at this time and do not know when we will get more. But I am selling them at MSRP with no price markup and no dealer add-ons. There are currently 7 people on the waiting list that are waiting for future build slots.
Just a generic BMW question, what is the max MF markup that BMW FS allows?
40 basis point above the base mf. If the base is .00096 then the dealer can mark it up to .00136. Typically you’ll see a 20 or 40 basis point mark up though I believe a 10 point is possible.
Edit: Sorry Dave, didn’t realize this was dealer thread at first. I’ll remove the response if you want.
No it’s all good! I like my followers to be informed. That’s why I joined this site to begin with.
STILL AVAILABLE - 11/01/2021
I have a 2022 X5 Black Vermillion Edition available. Only 350 will be produced for the U.S. Market. Ours just went into production (Week 42 build slot). Please email me directly if interested.
Wow that looks good. Any non edited photos? I’m curious
Online photos are all that exist right now.
Any exec/demo deals around?
Best to email me for specific deals. Can’t post details on this thread.
Those seats
Any deposit required to get on the waiting list for the m3 allocation?
No I don’t take deposits until I’ve secured you a build slot. If you want to go on the list, please email me the following:
- Full Name
- City and Zip
- Phone and Email
- Build ID
Zero allocation for M3, M4, M5 right now but taking names on the wait list. If you want something more immediately, I do have three M cars in transit that are surprisingly still available (and with NO markup!). If you’d like to secure one today, please email me directly at dave.townsend@bmwofmurrieta.com
No more X5 45e allocation for 2021. If you’re trying to get one before the end of the year for the Section 179 tax deduction, luckily I do have a few that are in -transit and still available but we will not have any more going into production until Jan 22.
The X5 Black Vermilion Edition is still available. And yes this car will qualify for the Section 179 tax deduction…
