Looks okay, maybe add msds. However, Are you sure you want to have this car for 48 months? I wouldn’t be able to keep my GX 36 let alone 48.

MF was 0.00001 already.
Planned to purchase the car, but to lease up front for 48 months then purchase later was cheaper than to get a loan with large down payment.

Oops didn’t know it went that low.

Good deal! Can you share dealer name with me? Thanks!

Just out of curiosity, did you price out a 36/12k to see what that would be? I would assume it’d be a better payment, and you can usually extend a lease for at least another 6 months.

36/12k RV 53%, monthly payment is more than 48/12 RV 44%. Originally negotiated one with MSRP $49029 36/12 $0 drive off $457 plus tax. It’s my third Lexus. I know I can extend 6 months, and I plan to do it, because eventually I will buy the car at lease end.

It’s in LA area. I will ask my sales if he can duplicate the deal. I will pm you. Only few with this MSRP in the lot, and most of them with gray or parchment interior.

Thanks babbuem! Waiting for your message.
