Try the big DC dealers. Plenty of inventory to move. Don Beyer (Falls Church and Dulles), Bethesda, Lindsay, Silver Spring, etc.
They also have Winchester and they all share new inventory.
Try westport or hudson valley volvo. Much better than NY and NJ dealers
I always forget Winchester exists - I’m convinced it’s the next Loudoun County though. I wish I had the money to speculate on land there
