Hi, when I type this deal into the hackr I’m getting $544/month pre tax, and with that tax rate I’m not understanding where the other $200/mo is coming from? ---

I am also getting $587 when I plug this into the calculator - can we get some more info? I am interested in getting a Land and am looking for $450-550… lots of EV9s sitting on the lots at the moment.
