I didn’t see a way to include negative equity so I increased the selling price. Real selling price before negative rolled in was around 19% off.

Beating the 1% rule even with 2000 negative equity!

I would say pretty damn good! But I am new around here.

Yeah…for that car with the negative rolled in, this seems to be a pretty good deal. The negative equity is probably adding close to $60/mo so this was in reality a lower $300s payment.

Can you tell me more about the $1500 inventive? In the market for one of these as well.

It’s a manufacturer to dealer incentive. You should be able to get it applied to your deal fairly easily.
