No trade-in, looks like there was $4750 in rebates and $4815 customer pay at signing. $4200 refundable security deposit tho? I guess that’s a BMW thing.
How about before incentives, since that’s the only discount that matters for comparison shopping?

That’s correct, no trade-in… $4200 in msds…I was told 12.8% ish off before incentives… might not have been the best deal around here but I walked away super happy with my car!

Where did this come from?
If I am reading this correctly. Dealer discount off of MSRP was based off the listed $53,985.53 as Gross Capitalized Cost. So discount was: MSRP - Gross Capitalized Cost. $60895-53985 = $6910.
Capital Cost Reduction is down payment towards the lease. It came from the rebates and his $615 cash due at signing (excluding his $4200 deposits)
Selling price was $53060. Almost 13% off pre-incentive at buy rate is a solid deal.
Somethings seems a little off. I’m considering a similar vehicle with an MSRP of just under $65k. Assuming the same lease parameters, max MSDs, $0 cap cost reduction, 13% off MSRP and $3750 incentives (all I am eligible for), I come out to $523 before taxes. In effect, my deal is a 19.3% off MSRP with incentives included.
