Signed: BMW X5 2021 x40i $686/month, $2,527 DAS + 7 MSD ($64,795 MSRP)

Hey guys, just signed an X5 x40i.
10%off MSRP+base MF. Paid all the fees upfront, 0 down, 7MSD.
Not the best deal but I tried! It’s my first car so I don’t have a lot of rebate/incentive.
I got $500 lease cash and $1000 OL.

I learned a lot from reading through the forum. Thanks for all the information!

Your title makes the deal sound worse than it actually is, since the drive-off number includes the MSD and not “+” correct?

Should probably say $2,527 DAS + 7 MSD.

Sorry, just updated.

So it’s a bad deal?

Not at all, you’re at 10% pre-incentive discount at base MF on a brand new '21 X5, which is certainly a good deal.

Great deal.

Many people assume you can get the best car for a rock bottom lease. Most often the rock bottom deals are for cars that just aren’t in high demand. An X5 is not one of those types.

No I was just saying the previous title made it sound bad

Good deal.

As @max_g said the $7427 becomes less scary when most of it is MSDs.
