I’m in the same boat as you. I need to drive one. Looks like the X3M would be more practical for me. Can’t deny the look of the X4M though.
I love how we are discussing which car to get based on 1/4 mile times. .1 isn’t going to make any difference.
The cars are extremely different.
X3/x4m - Track car m3 SUV. X3 is cool because it’s practical with a young family. Sit higher.
M550- more luxurious, didn’t like the way it handled though.
M850- Go for it, if it’s enough utility for you. It’s flashy and 20% discounts aren’t bad either. Also, it does feel significantly more “special” than an m550.
