No, the 2026 i5 has an even lower RV (50% for 15k miles) and higher base MF (0.0006). And rebates would be different with Loyalty ($5750 total). ---

Ratefinder shows .00095 MF on non-xdrive this month. That makes the payment reasonable. ---

That’s correct yes. Assuming OP signed in September (likely, as I assumed in my response above), he got lucky.
