leases don’t work that way.
I know. Usually a lease is in the forum of a rebate. If the dealer gave it to you as federal tax credit, it wont apply towards the lease
I spoke with 2 finance managers that work at ford dealerships and both mentioned that outside of the lease incentive, there is no additional 7500 applied to leases. So unless it was part of the dealer discount it is not going to apply
I also tried replicating this deal here in SoFlo and they said the same in regards to the $7500. In OP’s contract it says “amount to be paid in cash” : $7500 so I’m hoping they don’t hold him to that
Assuming that this $7,500 is a real incentive that’s somehow available and not accounted for in RateFindr, I would be inclined to believe that it’s some sort of dealer cash that’s out there to help move 2023 Lightnings. If I was interested in getting one of these I would make offers accordingly and I wouldn’t even bother mentioning it to dealers. Either they will part with it (if it is indeed real) or they won’t.
Dealer claims the tax credit ($7,500 you get on tax return) on leases. That is why you are seeing these EVs lease well.
Not correct, the Bank claims the 7500. Not the dealer on a lease.
They do not. The lessor does (aka the one purchasing the vehicle). Any pass on gets captured in the incentives offered.
Looks like they have updated rebates on the Lariat for the month.
Let’s see what kind of crazy deals we can pull out with any inventory left around.
where did you find these rebates? I can’t seem to locate them on Ford’s site
We gotta set up a group buy on these
