been tryna negotiate out here in dfw on this for a while, nobody is even aware of anything i am talking about, all around 600/month
Much of the time people who report having difficulty getting favorable outcomes aren’t following LH best practices, which can take a while to absorb.
It’s too far off topic to discuss in great detail here, but you can start your own thread on the subject, or post in one of the open discussion threads about negotiation.
(I don’t really like the word “negotiation” because it mischaracterizes how the most effective shoppers here generally approach the process.)
