Why is PA 10%? Isn’t their sales tax ONLY 6?
*Edit. Nmv I see there is an additional 3% use tax plus some counties have more sales tax.
Extra 1% in Allegheny county, +2% in Philly, and all leases are an extra 3%… But at least incentives are untaxed!
