I was talking with three different KIA dealers in my area, and I kept dragging my feet because I still had a few months left on my current lease, but they kept sweetening the deal until I signed it yesterday.

How much of this was negative rollover from the other vehicle?

I owed $900 in payments on my previous lease, which I ended up paying out of pocket. There was no negative equity rolled over into the new lease.
