I can never access Signed! on mobile (it always says I don’t have access even though I should) but I will compare it against my old Lyriq contract later when I’m on desktop to see where the difference is. Unless someone else is able to answer first
Can dealer/GMF “deduct” loaner miles on your contract. My family memeber got Lyric with 1450 miles on ODO and the contract is not for 12k a year but for 11,275 miles. First time i see something like that. Is this legit. He told me that a month after delivery, too late to do anything IMO.
Sign off and sign in and just go to signed section . This is the only way unfortunately.
The wording for my contract is as follows:
“8. Excessive Wear & Use. You may be charged for excessive wear based on our standards for normal use and for mileage in excess of 10316 miles per year at the rate of $0.25 per mile.”
No mention of how existing miles are credited, and there isn’t a section to even fill this in. Standard GMF form. Odometer disclosure is at the top in the section where the vehicle is described.

I’m currently doing a SoCal to Mississippi ev trip. I’ve never driven an ev this far before. But it turns out to be Super easy.
I’ll have to check my paperwork when I get back….cause I’m putting on 5k miles with just this trip!
