SIGNED! 2025 Hummer EV 2X Pickup - $109k MSRP - 6,500 one-time payment (~270/month) - 10k/24

,

GM dealers do it all the time especially for all EV deals with one pay lease. I did several deals like this.

i dont get how people are even getting the 11 k. Blows my mind!

You gotta keep fishing. There is a reason some dealers still have '24s on their lot. Other GMs might have motivations to move units. GMCs inventory search can give you a good picture of the discounts that are being marketed.

For example, these 2 units paper out to ~$12-13k one pays if you have supplier and don’t let them get away with a bunch of other add-ons.

Not everyone is getting 11k, some real ballers pay $37,500 upfront for a Hummer!

Agreed and be cautious when switching to “lease” in GMC inventory. Sometimes it defaults the dealer price back to MSRP, so you need to base your lease numbers off the cash price

Better than I expected. ~100/month

Based on what I saw (30+ inquires) for 24-months one-time payment, including 7.25% tax (and programs have been pretty stable this year):

  • Less than $10,000 is unicorn level (just saw twice)
  • $10,000-$14,000 is great
  • $14-000-$17,000 is good
  • More than that is a bad deal

i had called about this one and they gave me a number of 42k one pay lol

that is at MSRP plus TTL plus a small mark-up, they aren’t applying the $15k discount you’re seeing. If they actually applied that discount, it would be ~$22k one-pay

think recreating this deal is out of my wheel house :frowning: still got some learning and navigating to do.

Are they doing this off 36 month residual? Will be lower if you ask for 24 month

this was off 24m/10k - RV is 61k

Something strange is happening. Residual is supposed to be 76% for 24 months / 10,000 miles and dealers can’t change this number

We are missing the item on the deal sheet that says:

OWNERS BOAT CONTRIBUTION: $15,000

I reached out to both last month.

Jim Keras doesn’t do out of state
Wilson offered me for 14,000 + TTL (But another person from here asked and they got back to him with a wayyyyy higher value)

Congrats on the amazing deal. Enjoy the ride. I’ll try to replicate by adding $1 to the payment:rofl:

Congrats on the deal!

I see a demo hummer near me listing one for 83k and I can get an employee discount. Going to try to push them to get me a quote and hoping to share how your dealer got these numbers.

Don’t ask them for a quote. Build your own deal and tell them you’ll move forward if they can hit the deal. Otherwise you’ll forever be anchored to their first offer.
