OOP or covered by CPO?
Ended up doing a comprehensive claim through insurance. Headlight cracked— Volvo corporate claimed it was an outside force (which is possible) rather than a manufacturer defect. If the adaptive headlight motor or something like that went out, CPO would cover it.
Wow, that’s crazy. What are you going to do when the warranty is up? Can you buy 3rd party extended warranty?
Honestly, it’ll probably be close to scrap value when my warranty expires (I bought the CPO warranty extension that is good
Through 11/2028 with unlimited miles). Usually we average around 30-35k miles/yr (this year was an exception), so it will have around 230k or so miles by then.
