The marked up MF was .00077 so that after the one pay reducution of .0004 the actual MF was .00037 for my 580 deal.
It was actually 14!

Reality check and break from deals that may or may not exist, be dumb luck, etc:
For the record, stars generally are stationary and do not move (other than âproper motionâ and some gravity). Stars âlining upâ or âaligningâ from your view on Earth is impossible as they are fixed and are in whatever alignment exists as of now. The stars in the Big Dipper do not line up and move over time, but are in that fixed formation you see now.
Planets are not stationary and will âline upâ to some extent from your view on Earth or from a non-terrestrial telescope, so that they can âappearâ to be in a âstraightâ line across the sky at different times of the year.
Of course if stars or planets could truly âalignâ then you wouldnât see it anyway from your vantage point as one would be behind the other and so on and each would be obscured after the first.
Just sayinâ⌠a saying with no sense.
