Signed: 2024 Kia EV9 GT Line, 24/10K, $581 DAS incl 1st month, $574 per month

Scored a 2024 EV9 GT line with essentially first month DAS and 574/month here in Colorado.

  • 78,390 MSRP (included 2nd row relax package + matte blue)
  • 13.8K Kia Rebate
  • 5,350 from CO
  • Originally had negotiated a 3K discount from MSRP, but actual agreement claims it’s less
  • Dealer actually had about 650 of additional add ons that we actually got (all weather mats and the ETCH vinning nonsense)
  • No other rebates or discounts

Honestly not sure how they math’d this one; I was looking for around 550-575 / month and they got me there, so I took the deal after some negotiation. This is despite them claiming they marked up the mf to 0.00131 from Kia’s default and having a lower discount than what is reflected in my screenshot in the final deal.

I put in the terms of what our actual lease says and assumed they were right about a 0.00131 MF and thought it would be much higher. Even at 0.00091 I’m still coming in a few dollars under.

Not complaining at all although they did not take my first payment yet so I should probably handle that before they change their minds.

Screenshot of what we negotiated remotely before contract was drawn up. This had my tax rate too high and when adjusted down to the correct tax rate, my calculator at a default MF expected ~$602 effective monthly. Not sure how they got to 574 at a claimed marked up MF:

Calc link which shows what the actual contract claims, suggesting it should be much higher at a 0.00131 rate

Thanks to everyone for the help here though, got what I was looking for at the right price point.

Nice! Man, the CO rebate is sweet. I’m in California, and seems like I got a similar overall deal, but am at $804/mo with no state rebate. Enjoy the car!
