How does this rebate work?

Wow, that’s an amazing deal. How did you manage to get an 11.6% discount? I’m struggling to pull the list of loaners.

To get a list of loaners just go to Cadillac website, go to Lyriq, search inventory, put in your zip code, expand to 2000 miles, sort by distance, and then scroll through the list looking for the ones that say “Courtesy Vehicle”.

This will give you all the ones identified by Cadillac as CTA’s which are up for sale.

For the discount, I just asked for it. It helped that the dealer was already listing 6k off so I was just working from a good starting point. Try and shop away from bigger cities as there is too much dumb money there willing to pay whatever the dealer puts in front of people.

My local dealer has 6 AWD Courtesy Lyriq’s available.

Wow, if I could get close to or below the quote on a similarly equipped Equinox EV I received today, that might be an option.

Which state? What was the mf? Or can you post the deal sheet (minus your personal info)? Thanks

If you look at the tags on the post you will see “NC” that is the location of the deal.

For the details, here is the calculator with the info for my deal:

Great deal:)

I’m curious. Is leasing Lyriq not qualified for federal tax credit of $7,500?

The way Cadillac does it, they inflate the residual value by $7500 (making the lease cheaper) rather than discounting the price.

I am not sure why they did it this way, maybe they thought this would make inflation look less bad on these? The inflated RV means nobody in their right mind will buy out the lease at then end of their term and Cadillac will end up with a lot of Lyriqs to sell as used CPOs.

So, we are not counting $7,500 for all Lyriq lease b/c they are already accounted into the RV? It’s very weird as I’m still seeing EV Bonus Cash in one of the deal below. Do you happen to know what rebates are for this month. I have some info but just want to make sure they are correct. TIA

The ultium bonus cash only applies on a purchase and only on lyriqs that dont qualify for the federal tax credit due to their specific battery manufacturing history.

It’s a good way to keep people from leasing and thrn immediately buying out the lease to get the larger incentives without making the bank any money.

First sentence under the rebate says not available for lease.
