First time lease here. Been searching for a while nationwide for a good IX deal. Was looking for XDrive50, but then stumbled into an M60 for a decent price. A big thank you to the LH community for posting helpful tips and great deals. I feel like I went from a newbie who knows nothing about leasing, to being able to construct a decent lease deal confidently.

Me neither. I did not even consider an M60 until I went to a dealership and they out of the blue happened to offer ~$850 for the M60. A bit of surprisingly straightforward negotiation exchanges landed me with the final deal.
Sadly no. I first wrote off the deal because I really wanted the DAPP. I had a list of options that I really wanted and DAPP was one of them, but always knew that looking for a loaner means compromising somewhere. Once the deal got better and better, I just couldn’t pass it up. Especially since I learned that the “light” Plus version of the DAPP is available via subscription for $400 for 3 yrs. I am doing a lot of local driving so probably won’t be using it as much. But if I figure out I want it, I can always get the light DAP light subscription.
