By “no one in CA can replicate”, are you talking about a greater demand for these cars compared to the upper east or just a lack of incentives in this region?

On a base $106k msrp car they won’t go under $900/month with no money down, 24 months, 7,500/yr.

I’m not saying it’s a bad deal but comparing the deals, $14k more car for about $200 less a month…
His taxes are lower and unless you have PenFed that accounts for a good amount of it too.
