Special thanks to @wawzj619 with the referral, it makes the whole process so much easier
The dealership had to trade for the car with another dealership from another state. The deal is structured somewhat oddly due to a trade in but I’ve tried to lay it out as best as I could.
I ended up trading in my 2022 BMW 540i lease - Shoutout to @IAC for the great deal and received 2K in equity (was offered more but my tires would not pass) - 1K equity was used in the deal and the other 1K was excluded from the lease. I am also going to receive a pro-rated refund on the tire/road warranty ~$900, = $2,900 benefit.

I tried to match the calculator as close as possible but due to the trade in - the numbers are not as straight forward.
Yes the Full Leather Package is great because you get the leather steering wheel, nappa leather and front ventilated seat which is great and I’d probably prefer it but didn’t want to pay an extra 70-80/m on it.
For the life of me, I can’t find hold assist. Does this car not have it? My etron SUV had it but this one doesn’t seem to have it in the MMI. Some reviews said to press the brake harder and it locks it but my car still keeps creeping up.
Nice deal and tax credits are huge in this deal. Sounds like your discount may be closer to 12% at base MF when you consider the fact that includes Audicare ($899) and it looks like that was included in the sales price and not in dealer fees.
It was baked into the Dealer Fees section, Dealer fees was only like 150 bucks - the math is a little wonky because it looks like I got some tax benefits from trading in my car that I didn’t know how to build into the calculator.
