I got the offer and started filling out forms a while back. My progress is still saved. I just need to upload photos and since my garage is currently a dump I have been procrastinating
Just keep in mind that it has to be completed within 180 days of delivery.
Thanks for the heads up… I better get on that!
I took care of those photos this afternoon… just waiting to hear back. Definitely don’t wanna miss out on that.
Sometimes the first electrician comes back with a crazy quote if so ask qMerit for another quote.
Yeah I’ve heard that before, I’ll see what they say.
I just tried to lease a Grand Cherokee 4Xe in NC and they said Chrysler Capital is no longer passing the full $7,500 tax credit on for leases. They said it is $3,750 even for leases now. Is that correct?
It is not.
Thanks. I kept telling him that even the Jeep website says it is $7,500 for leases. He even let us walk out of the dealership with a no sale. Not sure what is going on there.
People really struggle with the concept that purchases and leases are different tax credits that have different rules.
They probably wanted to pocket half your rebate by either marking it up or adjusting discount accordingly.
How are you liking your 4Xe? Any issues? It really seems like a very nice car.
So far so good… It’s big and comfortable, surprisingly fast too
Congrats! That white with the Black roof looks really good.
I usually don’t like white cars but the two tone design with the graphics was enough to win me over.
Congrats, can’t come close to your numbers in ny.
Good news… Submitted everything and my electrician sent a quote to Qmerit that’s 100% covered, no BS. Just have to get the job scheduled now.
Pouring one out for a real one today. Thanks for getting me out @AutoNinjas
I got my contract today and I’m still trying to figure it out exactly. It looks like they ate the tax in order to get it where it needed to be? Acquisition fee is waived too. There’s another $1085.62 listed as being paid up front that I definitely did not pay at signing. Calculator still doesn’t match up exactly so I might take another look at it later unless someone else wants to have a crack at it.
Do you have the breakdown of the capitalized fees?
