If you had invested the 36k at 10% return, you would have made $300 a month. That’s the opportunity cost?
No guarantee on the 10%, you could also have lost money on those investments. Agree there’s an opportunity cost, but 10% isn’t guaranteed.
I mean this year it’s been over 100%
