Dealer did not break down incentives from the dealer discount, but it made almost no difference to the payment, so I assume any incentives or rebates were untaxed. No MSDs were used. Calculator is off by nearly $5 per month, (my payment is higher) but my drive-off is a bit less than the calculator. In any event, I am not losing any sleep over these nominal variances. Important to note I did not qualify for any special incentive (no loyalty, no PenFed or USAA or First Responder, etc.) Most dealers were quoting lease cash of $3,250, so that is what I went with on the calculator. This deal was significantly better than any other I received, I must have contacted about 7 or 8 Chicago area dealers and even emailed WI and MI. It is black on black with Advanced Pkg. and other options. This was a loaner (their last 2020 XC60) with about 4,200 miles and they confirmed it was a 6 month loaner. I drove it home literally hours after it was taken out of service. You know the rest - happy wife, happy life.
