This was signed on 1/4/2021. My first time lease.
my van broke on high way so I had to get another car. I didn’t shop around, signed with the first dealer I talked to. I’m not sure if it’s a deal. I could not get to the exact number in the calculator, but very close.

That’s actually probably a decent deal, especially considering you just walked into the first dealership. Not 100% familiar with what these go for, but its right in line with whats on retrac auto for a lower msrp car.

Definitely shop around next time though.

13.3% pre-incentive is actually pretty good considering that you only went to one dealer and signed from here. Do you know what bank this is through?

I guess it’s because the dealer wanted to get rid of 2020 models, plus this car is LE but has overpriced option package installed. they had only two 2020 LE Hybrid left at the time.

Congrats! that is a nice deal. When I change the calc on your deal for zero drive it comes to $296 payment with 10K miles. ( 326 payment with 15K ).

I had to email dealers for a week to get $295 payment with $600 DAS on a 39Month/15K. Mine was 2021 Hybrid SE with a lower MSRP of $30039. It would have been $310 with 0 DAS. For just walking off the street and considering the higher MSRP you did great !!
