Thanks for everyone’s help and the incredible resource that is leasehackr. I think there was room for improvement on this deal but I’m happy with where I was able to land with the dealership. Especially given the limited availability of 2020 models and the stark price difference to the 2021 models (at least in my search).

I believe that there is an HFS incentive currently…is that the down payment?

I’m not 100% sure but based on how the deal is structured, I believe they pocketed the incentives.
